利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等,分析不同工序下,碳含量对Ti-IF钢金相组织和微观织构的影响。试验结果表明,随着碳含量的降低,Ti-IF钢的晶粒较粗大,有利织构增加,宏观表现为具有较低的强度值和较高的r值。

The effect of carbon content on microstructure and inner texture of the grain of the Ti-IF steel sheet had been investigated by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction in different production process. The results showed that with the decreasing of carbon content, the grain size of Ti-IF become coarser and the favorable texture become stronger, which makes the macroscopic properties of Ti-IF steel is lower strength and higher r value.
