选择具有代表性的台农、紫花、凯特3个品种芒果为实验材料,探究套袋对芒果的维生素C、可溶性固形物、粗纤维、β-胡萝卜素等4个主要理化指标的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,套袋台农、紫花、凯特3种芒果果肉中维生素C的含量分别降低了19%、10%和18%;果肉中β-胡萝卜素含量降低了19.4%、23.4%和28%;可溶性固形物有显著性差异,套袋处理的芒果可溶性固形物含量高于对照组;台农和紫花2种芒果果肉的套袋组与对照组的粗纤维含量无显著性差异,凯特芒果肉套袋组粗纤维含量大于对照组。

With Tainong, Zihua, Kaite, three kinds of mango as experimental material. Explore the impact of bagging on three varieties of mango peel and pulp of vitamin C, soluble solids, crude fiber, β-carotene four indicators.Bagging changed the mango growing microenvironment. This study was the determination of different varieties of mangoes of the four nutrients. Effect of bagging on the quality of different varieties of mango. The results showed a significant reduction bagging mango vitamin C and content. Bagging decreased vitamin C and β-carotene of three kind of mango. A small amount of reduced crude fiber content, increase in soluble solids content, increase in soluble solids content.
