济钢利用小焦炉试验—单孔试验—炉组试验平台,挖掘捣固焦炉的技术优势,系统进行了配煤炼焦试验,实现了捣固焦配煤结构中以低价煤源(气煤、气肥煤、瘦煤)为骨架的经济配煤方案,配煤成本降低92元/t,且焦炭质量保持稳定,满足了1750 m3高炉用焦质量要求。
濟鋼利用小焦爐試驗—單孔試驗—爐組試驗平檯,挖掘擣固焦爐的技術優勢,繫統進行瞭配煤煉焦試驗,實現瞭擣固焦配煤結構中以低價煤源(氣煤、氣肥煤、瘦煤)為骨架的經濟配煤方案,配煤成本降低92元/t,且焦炭質量保持穩定,滿足瞭1750 m3高爐用焦質量要求。

Using the test platform of the small coke oven, one chamber to oven battery, Jinan branch carried out many coal blending tests to reduce cost in 4.3 m Stamp-charging Coking Oven. The coal blending plans used gas coal, gas-fat coal and thin coal as main base and the cost is reduced 92 Yuan per ton. The coke’s quality remained stable and could meet the requirements of 1 750 m3 BF.
