目的：探讨腹腔镜联合胃镜手术治疗胃间质瘤的临床疗效。方法选取入院治疗的胃间质瘤患者65例作为研究对象，根据手术方式将患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组30例行开腹手术，观察组35例行腹腔镜联合胃镜手术，记录手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间、饮食恢复时间及住院时间，观察两组术后并发症发生率，随访9~12个月观察疾病复发率。结果观察组术中出血量、排气时间、饮食恢复时间、住院时间分别为（38.64±14.63）mL、（35.63±9.10）h、（1.20±0.86）d、（4.96±1.27）d均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)。随访9~12个月，观察组无1例复发或远处转移，对照组1例复发，占3.33%，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜联合胃镜手术与开腹手术的临床疗效相同，但两镜联合手术可减少术中出血量，缩短住院时间。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with gastroscopy operation in treatment of gastric stromal tumor. Methods 65 cases of gastric stromal tumor patients in our hospital as the research object, according to the operation mode of the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, control group of 30 patients underwent open operation, the observation group of 35 cases with laparoscopic operation combined with gastroscopy, recorded operation time, intra-operative bleeding volume, the exhaust time, eating recovery time and hospitalization time, observation the incidence of postopera-tive complications, the relapse rate of disease follow-up for 9-12 months of two groups. Results In observation group, amount of bleeding during the operation, the exhaust time, recovery time, hospitalization time diet was (38.64 ±14.63) mL, (35.63 ±9.10) h, (1.20±0.86) d,(4.96±1.27) d, were significantly lower than those in control group, difference was significant (P<0.05). Follow-up 9-12 months, the observation group had no recurrence or distant metastasis case, 1 cases in control group, accounted for 3.33%, had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of laparoscopy combined with gastroscopy operation and open operation is the same, but combination of two endoscopes in operation can reduce bleeding during operation, reduce hospitalization time.
