PR107是从国外引进的优良橡胶树抗风高产品种,于20世纪在海南、广东的中风轻寒区及云南的轻、中寒区大规模推广种植,由该品种衍生的大规模推广级品种热研7-33-97、文昌11、大丰95和云研77-4等在中国天然橡胶产业的发展中发挥着重要作用。为探讨PR107作为亲本在中国橡胶树育种上的利用价值,笔者分析了该品种在中国推广种植的适应性、农艺性状表现、刺激割胶生理效应、主要衍生品种的特性等。结果表明: PR107生势中等、晚熟、干胶含量高、耐刺激、较不耐寒、抗风性较好。以PR107为亲本,育种工作者先后育成了热研7-33-97、文昌11、大丰95和云研77-4等试种级以上品种63个,育成品种更适应中国特殊的植胶环境。因此,认为PR107是一个抗风高产的橡胶树优良亲本,对中国选育高产抗风橡胶树新品种具有重要的利用价值。

PR107 is a rubber clone introduced from aboard with characters of wind resistance and high-yielding, which was recommended as large scale commercial planting clone in Hainan province, medium wind and slight cold damage zone in Guangdong province and slight/medium cold damage zone in Yunnan province. The CATAS 7-33-97, Wenchang 11, Dafeng 95 and Yunyan77-4 were derived from PR107 as main recommended large scale commercial planting clones, playing an important role in the development of rubber of China. In order to evaluate the value of PR107 as a crossing parent in rubber breeding program, the adaptability, economical character, stimulated tapping system and physiological status were analyzed, results showed that PR107 was a rubber clone with medium stem girth growing, late approach of high yield, high dry rubber content, good tolerance to stimulated tapping, weak cold-resistant and good wind firmness. Meanwhile the main features of its several derivatives were also described. As a parent, the 63 clones such as CATAS 7-33-97, Wenchang 11, Dafeng 95, Yunyan77-4 and others were developed, and all these derivatives could better adapted to our special rubber planting environment. Therefore, it was concluded that PR107 was an elite parent with wind resistance and high-yielding, and it had great value for developing the new rubber clones with wind resistance and high-yielding characters.
