目的：探讨针对60岁以上老年人发生的股骨颈骨折行以半髋关节置换术的临床疗效。方法在该院自2012年1月—2014年8月收治的股骨颈骨折患者中随机抽取80例老年病患，分为人数相等的两组，分别行以半髋关节置换术与全髋关节置换术，并对比手术疗效与术后恢复情况。结果半髋关节治疗组拥有更好的临床效果，髋臼的外展角与前倾角情况都要优于全髋关节参照组，术后并发症较少发生，总有效率100%，而全髋的总有效率为77.5%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论与全髋关节治疗术相比，半髋关节置换术具有更为显著的治疗效果，推荐临床广泛应用。
목적：탐토침대60세이상노년인발생적고골경골절행이반관관절치환술적림상료효。방법재해원자2012년1월—2014년8월수치적고골경골절환자중수궤추취80례노년병환，분위인수상등적량조，분별행이반관관절치환술여전관관절치환술，병대비수술료효여술후회복정황。결과반관관절치료조옹유경호적림상효과，관구적외전각여전경각정황도요우우전관관절삼조조，술후병발증교소발생，총유효솔100%，이전관적총유효솔위77.5%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론여전관관절치료술상비，반관관절치환술구유경위현저적치료효과，추천림상엄범응용。
Objective Discussion over 60 years old for femoral neck fractures occurred in the clinical efficacy of a semi- hip arthroplasty. Methods In the femoral neck fracture patients in our hospital from January 2012 until August 2014 were treated in 80 cases of elderly patients randomly divided into two groups of equal number were performed in a semi-hip arthroplasty and total hip replacement surgery, and to observe the effect of surgery and postoperative treatment group and the reference group recovery. Results The operation time , the extent of surgery in patients with bleeding and other information can be found in half of the hip treated with better clinical results, abduction angle of the acetabular anteversion situation is better than total hip reference group , postoperative fewer symptoms occur. Differences P <0.05, statistically significant. Conclusion Compared with total hip therapy, half hip arthroplasty with a more significant therapeutic effect , it is recommended clinical widely used.
