针对外购焦炭质量不稳定、水分波动大、影响高炉炉况顺行等问题,通过增设热风炉烟气主引风机及焦仓排气管轴流风机,改造供配电系统,完善自动化控制系统等措施,实现了焦炭水分的持续稳定,为高炉的生产顺行与低硅冶炼创造了有利条件,同时提高了热风炉废气综合利用率,显著提升了TRT发电量。
針對外購焦炭質量不穩定、水分波動大、影響高爐爐況順行等問題,通過增設熱風爐煙氣主引風機及焦倉排氣管軸流風機,改造供配電繫統,完善自動化控製繫統等措施,實現瞭焦炭水分的持續穩定,為高爐的生產順行與低硅冶煉創造瞭有利條件,同時提高瞭熱風爐廢氣綜閤利用率,顯著提升瞭TRT髮電量。

The unstable and moisture fluctuations metallurgical coke quality of the blast furnace may affect the good situation of blast furnace and other issues. By installation of main fan for hot air stove flue gas and axial flow fan for coke bin exhaust pipe, transforming the power supply and distribution system, improving the automation control system and taking other measures, sustained stability of coke moisture can be achieved, which created the favorable conditions for the blast furnace production smoothly and low silicon smelting, and improved the comprehensive residual heat utilization rate for blast furnace, and also significantly improved the TRT generating capacity.
