为调查肉鸡新城疫、禽流感H5亚型(Re-6株)和H9亚型的免疫效果,从山东省某肉鸡场采集血样120份,利用微量红细胞凝集试验(HI)进行抗体水平监测。结果表明:试验鸡ND的抗体水平在33d前维持在6个滴度以上、8个滴度以下,33d后多在8个滴度以上,有的超过10个滴度;H9在12d、19d大都在4~6之间,26d时有所升高,33d时迅速升高至9个滴度以上;H5在12d时为7、8个滴度,19~26d时下降至5~2个滴度之间,33d时个别鸡只抗体水平有所增加。该结果为规模化肉鸡场有效预防和控制这3种主要疫病提供了科学依据。

In order to investigate the immune effect of Newcastle Disease and Avian Influenza,120 serum samples were collected from broiler farms in Shandong,and the specific hemagglutination inhibition titer of NDV, H5 Subtype Re-6 and H9 Subtype were tested by standard methods. The results showed that the antibody levels of ND were higher than six and lower than eight titers before 33 day old and which was higher than eight titers,and some higher than 10 titers after 33 day old.And the antibody levels of H9 Subtype were between four and six before 26 day old and which increased slightly in 26 day old and increased rapidly higher than nine titers in 33 day old. And the antibody levels of H5 Subtype Re-6 were between seven and eight in 12 day old and which decreased to between five and two between 19 day old and 26 day old, and some increased in 33 day old.These results would offer the scientific evidence to prevent and control these diseases in broiler farms.
