文章以新建本科高校贺州学院转型发展为例,阐述了建设“双师型”教师队伍对应用型人才培养、创新科研成果、高校服务地方有重要意义,并对贺州学院“双师型”教师现状、存在问题进行了剖析,对“双师型”师资队伍建设的途径与措施提出了建设性建议。
文章以新建本科高校賀州學院轉型髮展為例,闡述瞭建設“雙師型”教師隊伍對應用型人纔培養、創新科研成果、高校服務地方有重要意義,併對賀州學院“雙師型”教師現狀、存在問題進行瞭剖析,對“雙師型”師資隊伍建設的途徑與措施提齣瞭建設性建議。

Taking the Newly-built University Hezhou University transformation development as an example, this paper expounds the construction of “double teacher type” is of important significance to local universities service application talents cultivation, scientific research achievement, Hezhou University, and the“double teacher type” situation, the existing problems are analyzed, the ways and measures on the construction of“double type” teachers put forward the constructive suggestion.
