利用光电流模型模拟研究在泵浦光中引入400 nm倍频光对空气中太赫兹辐射的增强情况,其中空气中氮气离化过程考虑到二阶离化,同时考虑电子在运动过程中与周围离子、分子的碰撞。结果表明,400 nm激光的引入打破了原激光电场的对称性,导致了光电流中漂移成分的产生,大大增强了最后的太赫兹波输出强度。
利用光電流模型模擬研究在泵浦光中引入400 nm倍頻光對空氣中太赫玆輻射的增彊情況,其中空氣中氮氣離化過程攷慮到二階離化,同時攷慮電子在運動過程中與週圍離子、分子的踫撞。結果錶明,400 nm激光的引入打破瞭原激光電場的對稱性,導緻瞭光電流中漂移成分的產生,大大增彊瞭最後的太赫玆波輸齣彊度。
이용광전류모형모의연구재빙포광중인입400 nm배빈광대공기중태혁자복사적증강정황,기중공기중담기리화과정고필도이계리화,동시고필전자재운동과정중여주위리자、분자적팽당。결과표명,400 nm격광적인입타파료원격광전장적대칭성,도치료광전류중표이성분적산생,대대증강료최후적태혁자파수출강도。
Photocurrent model was used to study THz emission enhancement when air was irradiated by two‐color laser pulses with introducing another 400 nm laser pulse .The second order ionization of nitrogen and the collision between the electrons and the surrounding ions and molecules were taken in‐to account .The results show that the symmetry of laser field is broken by the introduction of the sec‐ond harmonic 400 nm laser ,w hich leads to the production of non‐zero DC electron current and greater intensity of T Hz emission in the far field .
