基于大涡模拟方法,采用 C FX 软件对某型通海阀的噪声进行数值模拟分析。选择大涡模拟中的WALE亚格子模型,运用前处理软件ICEM对通海阀三维模型进行网格划分,根据大涡模拟要求和实际使用情况设置边界条件。计算结果表明,通海阀低频噪声声能较大,高频部分所占比重较小,这与实际相符,验证了数值计算的准确性;相对于工业企业环境噪声标准,该阀门噪声的声压级略偏大。

On the basis of large eddy simulation(LES) ,the numerical simulation and noise analysis of a sea suction valve was carried out by CFX software .WALE subgrid eddy viscosity model in LES was selected and pre‐processing software ICEM was adopted in mesh generation for the 3D model of the sea suction valve .Boundary conditions were set according to the demands of LES and actual usage . Simulation results show that the sound energy of low frequency noise is larger and the high frequency noise accounts for a small proportion of the valve’s noise ,w hich is consistent with the actual situation and verifies the accuracy of the numerical calculation .Compared to the noise standard for industrial enterprise environment ,the sound pressure level of the valve’s noise is a little higher .
