监盘工作，一直以来是发电运行工作中的重中之重，特别是在目前国内流域梯级水电厂及跨流域梯级水电厂实施远程集控运行的起步阶段，监盘工作更显重要，本文分别从硬件和软件两方面介绍五凌水电集控模式下监盘管理工作，详细讲解了水电厂远程集控模式下监盘工作的重点和难点，对国内其他流域水电厂远程集控监盘管理工作有一定的借鉴作用。
