埃克森美孚、壳牌、BP、雪佛龙等四家国际一体化能源公司公布的最新业绩数据显示：2014年第四季度，各公司油气价格同比大跌，上游利润继续下滑，尽管下游炼化业务利润实现增长，但未能阻止整体业绩下降。全年看，四家公司营业收入降幅为6%～10%；净利润呈现不同走势，壳牌公司同比略增1.5%，埃克森美孚公司同比下降4.8%，BP和雪佛龙公司均同比大降20%以上，主要是上游板块业绩表现的差异造成。为应对低油价环境，壳牌、BP和雪佛龙等公司决定继续削减未来投资预算。

Four principal international integrated energy companies, namely ExxonMobil, Shell, BP and Chevron, have published their latest performance data, which indicate that, in the fourth quarter of 2014, oil and gas price of each company dived on year-on-year basis, upstream profit declined continuously, although downstream refining-chemical business profit realized growth, it cannot stopped performance decline as a whole. Throughout the whole year, decreasing amplitude of the four companies’ revenues was 6%~10%, net profits emerged different development trends, Shell increased a bit as 1.5% on year-on-year basis, ExxonMobil dropped 4.8% on year-on-year basis, BP and Chevron both dived more than 20% on year-on-year basis, mainly resulting from the difference of upstream sector performance. To cope with low oil price environment, Shell, BP, Chevron and others have decided to cut future investment budget continuously.
