海水淡化是解决我国水荒的重要途径,也是我国水资源的重要补充和战略储备。阐述了中国渤海、黄海、东海和南海海域与海水淡化工程密切相关的海水理化性质,归纳了各地区海水淡化的工艺技术条件和发展现状,针对各海域海水水质特点重点介绍了相应的海水淡化前处理工艺。最后指出,制定海水源水和淡化水水质标准,开发低能耗和低成本的高压泵、能量回收装置等,实施促进海水淡化的政策管理机制,建立浓海水循环利用经济体制是促进我国海水淡化产业健康、快速发展的重要举措。

In China,seawater desalination is an important way of solving the water shortage problem,and an impor-tant supplement and strategic reserve of water resources. The physiochemical characters of seawater closely related to the desalination engineering in the marine areas of China,including the Bohai Sea,the Yellow Sea,the East Sea and the South Sea are expounded,and the technological conditions and development status in different regions are summarized. Aiming at the characteristics of seawater in different offshore marine areas ,the pretreatment technolo-gies of seawater desalination are introduced emphatically. At the end ,the water quality standards of seawater raw water and desalted water are worked out, and the equipment,such as the high-pressure pump,and energy recovery device with low energy consumption and low cost,etc. have been developed. Putting the policies and administrative mechanisms which can promote seawater desalination,into effect,and establishing economic systems of the recycling utilization of concentrated seawater are important measures to promote healthy and rapid development of desalination industry in China.
