目的：探讨血清尿酸水平和良性阵发性位置性眩晕（BPPV ）之间可能存在的关系。方法选取各类BPPV患者和年龄、性别相匹配的健康对照组各80例。分别测定入院时BPPV组和对照组的血清尿酸水平；对BPPV组，在其眩晕症状出现3周后重复测量患者血清尿酸水平。并对BPPV的危险因素进行多因素分析。结果 BPPV组入院时尿酸水平（375．48±79．746）μmol／L ，正常对照组血清尿酸水平（331．56±62．262）μmol／L ，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；BPPV组3周后尿酸水平（338．32±64．312）μmol／L ，与入院时比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。经Logistic回归分析发现，尿酸是BPPV的危险因素。结论血清尿酸水平升高可能与BPPV相关。
목적：탐토혈청뇨산수평화량성진발성위치성현훈（BPPV ）지간가능존재적관계。방법선취각류BPPV환자화년령、성별상필배적건강대조조각80례。분별측정입원시BPPV조화대조조적혈청뇨산수평；대BPPV조，재기현훈증상출현3주후중복측량환자혈청뇨산수평。병대BPPV적위험인소진행다인소분석。결과 BPPV조입원시뇨산수평（375．48±79．746）μmol／L ，정상대조조혈청뇨산수평（331．56±62．262）μmol／L ，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）；BPPV조3주후뇨산수평（338．32±64．312）μmol／L ，여입원시비교차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。경Logistic회귀분석발현，뇨산시BPPV적위험인소。결론혈청뇨산수평승고가능여BPPV상관。
Objective To explore the relationship between uric acid and benign paroxysmal posi‐tional vertigo .Methods Select all kinds of BPPV patients and age ,sex -matched healthy control group of 80 cases .Serum uric acid levels were measured in BPPV group and the control group on admission . We repeated measurements of serum uric acid levels in BPPV group after three weeks .Results There was significant difference on serum uric acid levels between BPPV group (375 .48 ± 79 .746)μmol/L and control group (331 .56 ± 62 .26)μmol/L on admission ,and between on admission and after three weeks (331 .56 ± 62 .26)μmol/L in BPPV group .The Logistic regression shows that uric acid levels were the risk factor of Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo .Conclusions The higher level of Uric acid may be associated with Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo .
