建立了超声萃取-气相色谱/质谱联用测定卷烟烟丝及接装纸、卷烟纸、滤棒丝束等卷烟辅材中16种邻苯二甲酸酯的方法。以正己烷为提取剂,采用超声萃取方法提取卷烟烟丝、接装纸、卷烟纸及滤棒丝束中的邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物,取上清液进行G C/M S 分析。测定了13种国内外卷烟样品的52个分组样品中的16种邻苯二甲酸酯,研究了其分布特征。结果表明:在成品卷烟烟丝及辅材中共检测到DEHP、DIBP、DBP、DM P 和DEP 5种邻苯二甲酸酯类物质,其中DEHP 的检出率最高,总检出率达51.9%;卷烟接装纸中邻苯二甲酸酯的检出率最高,其次是卷烟纸;检测出的邻苯二甲酸酯的种类和含量与卷烟的品质无相关性;国外卷烟中仅检测到DEHP,且最高含量为7.4mg/kg。

An ultrasonic extraction m ethod for sim ultaneously determ ining 16 Phthalate esters(PAE s)in cut tobaccos and cigarette auxiliary materials (tipping paper, cigarette paper and fiber tow ) was established with GC/MS. U ltrasonic extraction PAE s in cut tobaccos and cigarette auxiliary materials with hexane, the supernatant was analyzed with GC/MS. 13 cigarette sam ples with 52 cut tobaccos and cigarette auxiliary materials w ere detected, and phthalate esters distribution features w ere studied. The results show ed that: 1) the phthalates detectable in cut tobaccos and cigarette auxiliary materials w ere mainly DEHP, DIBP, DBP, D MP and DEP, DEHP was found in 20 sam ples with the highest detectable rate of 51.9% ;2) Tipping Paper has the highest detection rate of PAE s, followed by the cigarette paper;3) The type and content of detectable PAE s has no impact on the quality of the cigarette;4) Only DEHP was detected in foreign cigarettes, and the highest content was 7.4 m g/kg.
