胜利油田已经进入开发中后期,低渗透油藏成为增产主阵地,地层能量低、油藏埋藏深、渗透性差成为制约这类油藏开发的难点。针对当前低渗透油藏泵挂深、载荷大、产量低、效率低的开采现状,通过分析机采系统效率各环节的影响因素,提出实施抽油机节能改造、机杆泵系统优化、间歇采油等技改和新技术措施,实现低渗透油藏的节能生产。

성리유전이경진입개발중후기,저삼투유장성위증산주진지,지층능량저、유장매장심、삼투성차성위제약저류유장개발적난점。침대당전저삼투유장빙괘심、재하대、산량저、효솔저적개채현상,통과분석궤채계통효솔각배절적영향인소,제출실시추유궤절능개조、궤간빙계통우화、간헐채유등기개화신기술조시,실현저삼투유장적절능생산。
Shengli Oilifeld has entered the later period of development and has become the main posiiton of low permeability reservoir sitmulaiton, low formaiton energy, deeply buried reservoirs and poor permeability become the development diffculites for this kind of reservoir. In view of the low permeability reservoir pump hanging mining status of deep, large load, low output and low efficiency, by analyzing the factors affecting the pumping system effciency, the pumping unit energy saving transformaiton, machine rod pump system opitmizaiton, batch produciton and other measures have been put forward to achieve the low permeability reservoir energy-saving produciton.
