目的：：探究再创造式音乐治疗对慢性精神分裂症患者始动性与心理调适的改善状况。方法：随机抽取80例慢性精神分裂症患者，分为观察组和对照组各40例。两组患者均接受常规药物治疗和一般工娱治疗，观察组患者另外接受再创造式音乐治疗。在治疗前、后用住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表( IPROS)、阴性症状量表( SANS)进行评定。结果：治疗前两组患者SANS、IPROS得分的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，治疗后观察组患者的SANS、IPROS总分及各个因子得分均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论：再创造式音乐治疗有利于改善慢性精神分裂症患者的始动性与心理调适。
목적：：탐구재창조식음악치료대만성정신분렬증환자시동성여심리조괄적개선상황。방법：수궤추취80례만성정신분렬증환자，분위관찰조화대조조각40례。량조환자균접수상규약물치료화일반공오치료，관찰조환자령외접수재창조식음악치료。재치료전、후용주원정신병인강복료효평정량표( IPROS)、음성증상량표( SANS)진행평정。결과：치료전량조환자SANS、IPROS득분적차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)，치료후관찰조환자적SANS、IPROS총분급각개인자득분균우우대조조(P<0.01)。결론：재창조식음악치료유리우개선만성정신분렬증환자적시동성여심리조괄。
Objective:To explore recreative music therapy on improvement of initiative and psychological adjustment of chron-ic schizophrenia patients. Methods:80 patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly selected and divided into observation group (n=40) and control group (n=40). All the patients received conventional drug therapy and occupational and recreational treatment;besides, observation group also received recreative music therapy. Before and after the treatment, inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation outcome scale ( IPROS) and scale for assessment of negative symptoms ( SANS) were used to assess. Results:Before the treatment, differences of SANS and IPROS scores between the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0. 05);however, after the treatment, the SANS and IPROS total scores as well as each factor score of observation group were better than those of control group (P<0. 01). Conclusions:The recreative music therapy is beneficial to improve the initiative and psychological adjustment of the patients with chro-nic schizophrenia.
