以葡萄糖为原料水热法合成粒径均一单分散碳球,研究反应时间、反应温度、葡萄糖浓度、pH值、甲醛用量对碳球形貌及粒径的影响,采用SEM、FTIR、XRD对碳球的形貌和结构进行表征。结果表明,单分散碳球的最佳制备工艺为:反应温度160℃、反应时间6h、葡萄糖浓度0.25 m o l/L、体系p H值为8、甲醛用量2 g ;所制碳微球粒径约为350 nm ,分散系数为0.011,产率约为20%;制备出的碳球表面含有—O H、—C O、COOH官能团,碳球中含有无定形炭。

The carbon spheres with uniform particle size were prepared from glucose by hydrothermal method .The effect of glucose concentration ,reaction time ,reaction temperature ,pH value and formal‐dehyde content on the morphology and particle size of carbm spheres was investigated .The morpholo‐gy and structure of carbon spheres were characterized by means of SEM ,FTIR and XRD .The results show that the optimized formula for the preparation of monodisperse carbon spheres is reaction tem‐perature at 160 ℃ ,reaction time at 6 h ,glucose concentration at 0 .25 mol/L ,pH value at 8 and form‐aldehyde content at 2 g .The monodisperse carbon spheres can be produced with a particle size of about 350 nm ,a dispersion coefficient of 0 .011 and a yield of about 20% .T he surface of carbon spheres con‐tains such functional groups as —OH ,—C O and COOH ,and there exists amorphous carbon in the carbon sphere .
