基于差热分析原理,提出一种新的铝电解质初晶温度实时测量方法。本文设计的高温熔盐过热度测试仪所测定的铝电解质初晶温度具有较好的重复性和稳定性,其实验测量值与差热分析值相差1.5℃,工业现场测量值与差热分析值误差低于5℃,工业现场多次测量最大偏差为1.8℃。与现有的初晶温度实时测量方法相比,该方法不仅有较高的测量精度,而且简化了操作程序,提高了测量探头的使用寿命。

Based on the rule of differential thermal analysis ,a novel method for in‐site measuring liqui‐dus temperature of aluminum electrolyte has been suggested .The liquidus temperature data measured by the designed superheat tester for high temperature molten salt have better repeatability and stabili‐ty ,with temperature difference between the experimental and DTA measured values at 1 .5 ℃ ,error between the DTA and in‐site measured values less than 5 ℃ ,and the maximum deviation between the in‐site measured liquidus temperatures at 1 .8 ℃ .Compared with the existing method for determining the liquidus temperature ,this method not only has higher measurement accuracy but also can simplify the operation sequence and increase the life of measuring probe .
