感觉神经元病(SND)是一种主要累及后根神经节的非长度依赖性感觉神经疾病，临床上主要表现为感觉性共济失调，腱反射消失以及深浅感觉障碍。SND比较少见，而且容易与其他周围神经病混淆。近年来，随着医学的发展和认识的提高，关于SND的报道渐渐增多，文中主要就其研究进展进行综述，旨在引起神经科医生对SND的高度重视，减少误诊与漏诊。

Sensory neuron diseases (SND) are a group of non-length dependent sensory neuropathy characterized by primary involvement of dorsal root ganglion (DRG). Its clinical manifestations typically include sensory ataxia, deep tendon areflexia and sensory loss. It is rare and easy to be mixed up with other peripheral neuropathies. Recent years more and more reports focused on SND with the rapid medical development and raising awareness. The research progress in SND was presented.
