目的:探讨冠心病(congenital heart disease,CHD)心力衰竭患者血清中骨保护素(osteoprotegerin,OPG)和胰岛素样生长因子(insulin-like growth factor-I,IGF-I)的水平变化及其意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附检测法测定116例CHD慢性心力衰竭患者(CHF组)和44例正常体检者(对照组)血清中OPG与IGF-I水平,进行对照分析。结果 CHF组患者血清OPG水平显著高于正常对照组(68.94±12.08)pg/mL,且随着心功能的恶化而显著增高(P<0.01);血清IGF-水平显著低于正常对照组(118.80±35.19)pg/mL,且随着心功能的恶化而显著降低(P<0.01)。血清中OPG与IGF-I水平呈负相关(r=-0.625,P<0.01)。结论 OPG与IGF-I共同参与了冠心病的心力衰竭的发生发展过程,二者的血清水平可以作为判断心力衰竭严重程度的指标。

ObjectiveTo explore the changes and significance of serum levels of osteoprotegerin (OPG) and insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ(IGF-I) in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) and coronary heart dis-ease(CHD).MethodsEnzyme-linked immunosorbentassay(ELISA) was used to determine serum levels of OPGand IGF-I in 116 patients with CHFand CHD and 44 healthy subjects.Comparative analysis was taken. ResultsSerum OPGin CHFgroup was obviously higher than that in normal control groups(68.94±12.08)pg/mL,and increased with the deterioration of cardiac function obviously (P<0.01).Serum IGF-Iin CHFgroup was obviously lower than that in normal control group(118.80±35.19)pg/mL,and decreased with deterioration of cardiac function obviously (P<0.01).Serum OPG was negatively related with IGF-I(r=-0.625,P<0.01). ConclusionOPGand IGF-I conjointly participate in the occurrence and development of CHD and heart failure.Serum levels of OPGand IGF-I can be used as the indicators for assessing the severity of heart failure.
