目的：探讨儿童一过性髋关节滑膜炎的磁共振诊断价值。方法分析23例儿童一过性髋关节滑膜炎的磁共振影像资料，所有患儿行横断位T2 WI＋FS、T1 WI ，冠状位用 T2 WI＋ FS、T1 WI ，采用常规自旋及快速自旋回波序列。结果23例患儿共28侧髋关节发病，18例为单侧发病，5例为双侧，所有病变髋关节不同程度关节积液，T 2 W I上表现为关节腔内片状、带状高信号影，T1 WI上呈低信号，6侧关节滑膜增厚，4侧关节周围软组织肿胀，所有患侧股骨头骨骺、干骺端及髋臼骨质正常。6例治疗2～5周后复查，基本恢复正常。结论磁共振对儿童一过性髋关节滑膜炎的诊断安全、可靠，在诊断与鉴别诊断上具有很高的价值。
목적：탐토인동일과성관관절활막염적자공진진단개치。방법분석23례인동일과성관관절활막염적자공진영상자료，소유환인행횡단위T2 WI＋FS、T1 WI ，관상위용 T2 WI＋ FS、T1 WI ，채용상규자선급쾌속자선회파서렬。결과23례환인공28측관관절발병，18례위단측발병，5례위쌍측，소유병변관관절불동정도관절적액，T 2 W I상표현위관절강내편상、대상고신호영，T1 WI상정저신호，6측관절활막증후，4측관절주위연조직종창，소유환측고골두골후、간후단급관구골질정상。6례치료2～5주후복사，기본회복정상。결론자공진대인동일과성관관절활막염적진단안전、가고，재진단여감별진단상구유흔고적개치。
Objective To evaluate the value of MRI in transient synovitis of the hip in children .Methods Magnetic res‐onance imaging data of 23 cases of transient synovitis of the hip in children were analyzed retrospectively .All children un‐derwent Axial T2 WI + FS ,T1 WI ,coronal T2 WI + FS ,T1 WI ,with conventional spin‐echo sequences and fast spin‐echo sequences .Results In all ,there were 28 hip joints of 23 cases with transient synovitis ,of which 18 cases were unilateral , 5 cases bilateral;all had varying degrees of joint effusion in lesions hip joints .The intra‐articular effusion had a plaque‐like or ribbon shape high signal on T2 WI ,and low signal on T1 WI .6 hip joint’s membrana synovialis thickened ,4 hip joint soft tissues swelled .All of the femoral epiphysis ,metaphysis and acetabular bone of sick hip were normal .6 cases re‐checked after treatment for 2~5 weeks ,and all returned to normal .Conclusion MRI has a high value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of transient synovitis of the hip in children .The diagnosis is reliable and safety .
