目的：观察甲硝唑注射液与湿润烧伤膏处理产后伤口的临床效果。方法：选取120例会阴有伤口的产妇，随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用甲硝唑湿润烧伤膏，分析不同方法处理伤口的效果。结果：观察组患者的伤口愈合效果明显优于对照组，观察组患者的伤口治疗时间、感染率明显低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：会阴护理外结合采用甲硝唑注射液与湿润烧伤膏处理产后伤口，有利于伤口的早日愈合。
목적：관찰갑초서주사액여습윤소상고처리산후상구적림상효과。방법：선취120례회음유상구적산부，수궤분위관찰조화대조조각60례。대조조채용상규호리，관찰조채용갑초서습윤소상고，분석불동방법처리상구적효과。결과：관찰조환자적상구유합효과명현우우대조조，관찰조환자적상구치료시간、감염솔명현저우대조조，차이균구유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론：회음호리외결합채용갑초서주사액여습윤소상고처리산후상구，유리우상구적조일유합。
Objective to analysis of perineal care combined with clinical value Metronidazole Injection and MEBO treatment of postpartum wound.Methods Select 120 cases perineum weund were,Yaandomhy divided into observation group and control group with Go case in each growp.analysis of different methods of wound treatment effect of two.Results The patients in the observation group wound healing effect is significantly better than the control group,the observation group treatment time,wound infection rate in patients was significantly lower than that of control group,were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The perineum nursing combined with Metronidazole Injection and MEBO treatment of postpartum wound healing,is conducive to wound.
