目的评估Ishiguuro法治疗可复性陈旧性骨性锤状指的短期临床疗效.方法 2012年9月至2013年4月我院收治的13例可复性陈旧性骨性锤状指患者,受伤至就诊时间为4～9周,平均6.5周,均采用Ishiguro法手术治疗,术后随访时间为4～ 16个月,平均8.7个月,采用Dargan标准进行功能评定.结果本组13例骨折均愈合,采用Dargan法进行功能评定:优4例,良4例,可3例,差2例;优良率为61.5％.结论 Ishiguro法可作为可复性陈旧性骨性锤状指的有效治疗方法之一.

Objective To evaluate the short-term clinical efficacy of old osseous mallet finger treated with Ishiguro method.Methods From September 2012 to April 2013,13 patients suffering from old osseous mallet finger were included in this study.Operation was performed around 4 to 9 weeks after injured,with an average of 6.5 weeks delay.Patients were follow-up for the function assessment by Dargan function evaluation standard after 8.7 months (range,4 to 16 months) on average.Results All cases of old osseous mallet finger obtained bony union.According to Dargan function evaluation standard,4 cases were excellent,4 good,3 fair and 2 poor.The overall excellent and good rate was 61.5 ％.Conclusion Ishiguro method could be one of the most effective treatment methods for old osseous mallet finger treatment.
