目的总结分析异体肌腱治疗陈旧性指伸肌腱腱帽滑脱的临床疗效.方法 2010年5月至2014年4月,我们对23例陈旧性指伸肌腱腱帽滑脱患者采用异体肌腱进行修复,其中包括5例多指伸肌腱腱帽滑脱患者.结果术后23例均获得3～12个月的随访,其中1例复发,有轻度滑移.术后根据临床手功能评定:优19例,良3例,可1例;优良率为95.7％.结论应用异体肌腱修复陈旧性指伸肌腱腱帽滑脱是一种创伤小、简便易行、安全可靠的手术方法.

Objective To investigate the application and outcome of reconstructing the sagittal bands and correct the old subluxation of the extensor digitorum communis (EDC) with tendon allograft.Methods From May 2010 to April 2014,23 cases (15 males and 8 females,aged from 17 to 64 years,36.5 on average) suffered from old subluxation of the EDC were treated with tendon allograft to reconstruct the sagittal bands.A total of 23 cases fingers were included,of which 12 cases were caused by injury,6 by rheumatoid arthritis and 5 by congenital anomalies.The motion of the MP joint was measured to evaluate the recovery.Results All patients were follow-up for 3 to 12 months.Postoperative assessment of hand function showed excellent in 19 cases,good in 3 cases and fair in 1 case (mild subluxation of the EDC).The overall excellent and good rate was 95.6％.Most patients were satisfied with the recovery of hand function.Incidence rate of postoperative complications was low.Conclusion Tendon allograft to reconstruct the sagittal bands could be a simple and safe option to repair the old subluxation of the EDC.
