在国际油价持续走低，卢布贬值等国际因素以及国内经济“新常态”的双重影响下，丝绸之路经济带建设作为国家开创全方位开放新格局的重要举措将会面临新的机遇与挑战。中国新疆作为我国丝绸之路经济带建设的“核心区”，必须正确把握国际国内新形势，抓住发展机遇，借力“五通”，加快构建“五中心”，形成东西互济的全方位开放新格局，成为丝绸之路经济带真正意义上的“核心区”。
在國際油價持續走低，盧佈貶值等國際因素以及國內經濟“新常態”的雙重影響下，絲綢之路經濟帶建設作為國傢開創全方位開放新格跼的重要舉措將會麵臨新的機遇與挑戰。中國新疆作為我國絲綢之路經濟帶建設的“覈心區”，必鬚正確把握國際國內新形勢，抓住髮展機遇，藉力“五通”，加快構建“五中心”，形成東西互濟的全方位開放新格跼，成為絲綢之路經濟帶真正意義上的“覈心區”。
재국제유개지속주저，로포폄치등국제인소이급국내경제“신상태”적쌍중영향하，사주지로경제대건설작위국가개창전방위개방신격국적중요거조장회면림신적궤우여도전。중국신강작위아국사주지로경제대건설적“핵심구”，필수정학파악국제국내신형세，조주발전궤우，차력“오통”，가쾌구건“오중심”，형성동서호제적전방위개방신격국，성위사주지로경제대진정의의상적“핵심구”。
Under the impacts of international oil price fall, the devaluation of the Ruble, and the “new normal” of China’s economy, the construction of “the Silk Road Economic Belt”, an important measure for an all-round opening up in China, will have new opportunities and encounter challenges. Xinjiang, as the core area of “Silk Road Economic Belt”, must accelerate the building of the “five centers” by correctly understanding the new international and domestic situation, seizing the opportunity, and leveraging the“five links”, in order that a new pattern of an all-around opening for Eastern and Western areas can be formed and the core area of“the Silk Road Economic Belt”can be a true reality.
