目的:探讨孕期饮食营养与胎儿体质量关系。方法选择115例巨大儿孕产妇及21例足月小样儿孕产妇为观察组,随机抽取的同期分娩正常体质量儿的孕产妇110例为对照组。调查饮食状况,比较孕期体质量增加、血糖、血脂。结果3组孕妇孕期荤菜量增加及摄食量增加差异有统计学意义(χ2=1.263,P<0.05),除摄食量增加>1/2外,无增加、增加1/4、增加1/3、增加1/2在3组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=2.117,3.187,2.743,1.874,P<0.05)。3组孕妇孕期增重、甘油三酯、胆固醇差异均有统计学意义(F=12.813,10.412,9.144,P<0.05),经SNK-q检验显示,3组水平间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组孕妇血糖差异无统计学意义(F=2.587)。结论新生儿体质量异常为孕妇饮食营养认知偏差,孕期营养失衡所致,加强孕期营养宣教与指导是保证孕期膳食平衡的重要措施。

목적:탐토잉기음식영양여태인체질량관계。방법선택115례거대인잉산부급21례족월소양인잉산부위관찰조,수궤추취적동기분면정상체질량인적잉산부110례위대조조。조사음식상황,비교잉기체질량증가、혈당、혈지。결과3조잉부잉기훈채량증가급섭식량증가차이유통계학의의(χ2=1.263,P<0.05),제섭식량증가>1/2외,무증가、증가1/4、증가1/3、증가1/2재3조간차이유통계학의의(χ2=2.117,3.187,2.743,1.874,P<0.05)。3조잉부잉기증중、감유삼지、담고순차이균유통계학의의(F=12.813,10.412,9.144,P<0.05),경SNK-q검험현시,3조수평간차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。3조잉부혈당차이무통계학의의(F=2.587)。결론신생인체질량이상위잉부음식영양인지편차,잉기영양실형소치,가강잉기영양선교여지도시보증잉기선식평형적중요조시。
Objective To investigate the relationship of diet and nutrition during pregnancy and neonatal weight.Methods 115 cases of pregnant women who gave birth to the macrosomia and 21 cases of low birth weight infant were investigated in 2013 in our hospital.The stochastic pregnant women who gave birth to the normal weight children are a control group at the same time.To investigate the food situation during pregnancy. Compare the weight growthing,blood Glucose,blood lipids during pregnancy between the three groups.Results The increasing of meat dishes had significant difference (χ2 =1.263,P<0.05). No increasing, 1/4 increasing, 1/3 increasing and 1/2 increasing of food intake also had significant difference in three groups (χ2= 2.117, 3.187, 2.743, 1.874,P<0.05) .The weightgrowthing during pregnancy,triglycerides and cholesterol had significant difference (P<0.05).But blood glucose was no significant difference.Conclusion The abnormal birth weight is due to the cognitive biases on diet and nutrition, it caused nutritional imbalance during pregnancy. Strengthen transmission and guidance of Pregnancy nutrition is the important measures to guarantee pregnancy prandial balance.
