目的：总结对比输尿管镜手术、微创经皮肾镜手术治疗肾结石的效果、术后并发症。方法将96例肾结石患者随机分为对照组（n＝48）和观察组（n＝48），对照组予以输尿管镜取石术治疗，观察组采用微创经皮肾镜取石术；对比两组的相关指标。结果两组的平均手术时间、平均住院时间、并发症发生率无显著性差异（P＞0．05）；观察组结石一次清除率显著高于对照组（ P ＜0．05）。结论微创经皮肾镜取石术结石清除率高，并发症难以避免，应提高手术技巧、加强术后观察来防治并发症。
목적：총결대비수뇨관경수술、미창경피신경수술치료신결석적효과、술후병발증。방법장96례신결석환자수궤분위대조조（n＝48）화관찰조（n＝48），대조조여이수뇨관경취석술치료，관찰조채용미창경피신경취석술；대비량조적상관지표。결과량조적평균수술시간、평균주원시간、병발증발생솔무현저성차이（P＞0．05）；관찰조결석일차청제솔현저고우대조조（ P ＜0．05）。결론미창경피신경취석술결석청제솔고，병발증난이피면，응제고수술기교、가강술후관찰래방치병발증。
Objective To compare efficacy and safety of ureteroscopy lithotripsy (URSL) and percutaneous nephro-lithotomy lithotripsy ( PCNL) in patients with renal calculus .Methods 96 cases were divided into two groups by ran-dom.The control group (n=48) took URSL while the observation group (n=48) took PCNL.Related indicators were compared.Results There have no significant difference of operative time , hospital staying, complication incidence be-tween the two groups (P>0.05).Effect of removal of stones in the observation group was much higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy had better effect of removal of stones but cannot avoid complications .Inproving techniques and enhance postoperative observation is the way to prevent compli -cations.
