目的：探讨64排螺旋C T脑表面重建技术在婴幼儿脑外间隙增宽中的应用价值。方法对我院20例婴幼儿在头颅CT平扫中发现脑外间隙增，然后行脑表面重建，获得脑表面解剖结构图像。结果通过脑表面重建技术，可以更直观地显示患儿额颞顶部脑外间隙的增宽以及邻近脑沟脑回的立体结构，清晰显示脑表面血管走形情况。结论利用脑表面重建技术，可以更为直观地显示脑外间隙增宽的解剖位置，对脑解剖形态具有一定的研究价值。
목적：탐토64배라선C T뇌표면중건기술재영유인뇌외간극증관중적응용개치。방법대아원20례영유인재두로CT평소중발현뇌외간극증，연후행뇌표면중건，획득뇌표면해부결구도상。결과통과뇌표면중건기술，가이경직관지현시환인액섭정부뇌외간극적증관이급린근뇌구뇌회적입체결구，청석현시뇌표면혈관주형정황。결론이용뇌표면중건기술，가이경위직관지현시뇌외간극증관적해부위치，대뇌해부형태구유일정적연구개치。
Objective To assess the application value of cerebral surface reconstruction technique using 64‐slice spiral CT in infant extracerebral space .Methods We collected 20 cases of infants ,who were found extracerebral space widened in axis images .Then cerebral surface reconstruction was used to acquired cerebral surface anatomy structure images .Results In contrase to routine axix images ,the cerebral surface reconstruction technology can be more intuitive to display the anat‐omy of broadening in frontotemporal and parietal extracerebral space and adjacent sulci and gyri .Conclusion The surface reconstruction technique can intuitively display the anatomical location of extracerebral space widened ,which has certain value for study on cerebral anatomy .
