目的:探讨骨源性毛细血管瘤的CT与MR影像表现。方法回顾性分析16例骨源性毛细血管瘤的CT 与MR表现及诊断,并与病理所见对照。结果本组毛细血管瘤包括下颌骨4例,额骨2例,寰椎1例,腰椎6例,肱骨3例。CT平扫呈不均匀低密度,边界清楚。磁共振 T1加权像呈低信号,T2加权像呈高信号,动态增强扫描呈渐进性强化,动脉期强化出现较早。14例骨皮质保持完整,未见明显硬化边,2例骨皮质破坏,其中1例形成软组织肿块。16例均为单发,无遗传性血管病病史。结论 C T和M RI能充分显示骨源性毛细血管瘤的范围、细节,对临床诊断治疗本病具有重要的参考价值。

목적:탐토골원성모세혈관류적CT여MR영상표현。방법회고성분석16례골원성모세혈관류적CT 여MR표현급진단,병여병리소견대조。결과본조모세혈관류포괄하합골4례,액골2례,환추1례,요추6례,굉골3례。CT평소정불균균저밀도,변계청초。자공진 T1가권상정저신호,T2가권상정고신호,동태증강소묘정점진성강화,동맥기강화출현교조。14례골피질보지완정,미견명현경화변,2례골피질파배,기중1례형성연조직종괴。16례균위단발,무유전성혈관병병사。결론 C T화M RI능충분현시골원성모세혈관류적범위、세절,대림상진단치료본병구유중요적삼고개치。
Objective To investigate findings of CT and MRI in patients with osteogenic capillary hemangioma .Methods 16 cases of osteogenic capillary hemangioma were analyzed retrospectively ,and compared with histo‐pathology results .Re‐sults Our cases respectively origined from mandible (4 cases) ,frontal bone (2 cases) ,atlas (1 case) ,lumbar vertebrae (6 cases) and humerus (3 cases) .It always depicted as heterogeneous low‐density in CT plain scan with well‐defined mar‐gins .On MRI ,all lesions showed low signal intensity on T1WI ,slightly high signal intensity on T2WI .Dynamic enhanced imaging with 3D LAVA showed persistent enhancement ,with early enhanced in arterial phase .14 patients showed intact cortex of bone ,without surrounding sclerosis .2 patients showed cortical break‐through ,1 patient formed a soft tissue mass .Each of 16 patients had one lesion ,and without a known family history .Conclusion CT and MRI are helpful for fully demonstrating the extent and details of osteogenic capillary hemangioma ,which plays an important role in the clinical diagnosis and treatment guidance .
