目的：为了提高理解，对50例单侧鼻腔和鼻窦病变的CT表现进行分析，总结各种常见的病理变化。方法收集50例耳鼻喉医院病理证实下的CT扫描单侧鼻腔鼻窦病变，分析这种病变的CT影像表现，并讨论总结诊断及鉴别诊断要点。结果鼻息肉15例；乳头状瘤8例；霉菌性鼻窦炎10例；鼻腔鼻窦癌2例；骨瘤5例；囊肿10例。结论单侧鼻腔鼻窦常见病变有不同图像，CT扫描的性能和特征有助于诊断和鉴别诊断。

목적：위료제고리해，대50례단측비강화비두병변적CT표현진행분석，총결각충상견적병리변화。방법수집50례이비후의원병리증실하적CT소묘단측비강비두병변，분석저충병변적CT영상표현，병토론총결진단급감별진단요점。결과비식육15례；유두상류8례；매균성비두염10례；비강비두암2례；골류5례；낭종10례。결론단측비강비두상견병변유불동도상，CT소묘적성능화특정유조우진단화감별진단。
Objective In order to improve the understanding of CT manifestation of 50 cases of unilateral nasal cavity and sinus lesions were analyzed retrospectively , and summarizes the various common pathological changes .Methods The 50 cases were collected in our hospital and ent hospital pathology confirmed by CT scan unilateral nasal sinus le -sions, performance analysis of the pathological changes of CT image , and summarize the main points the diagnosis and differential diagnosis are discussed .Results Nasal polyps in 15 cases;8 cases of inverted papilloma of the;10 cases of fungal sinusitis.The nasal sinuses carcinoma 2 cases; Osteoma in 5 cases;10 cases of cyst.Conclusions Unilateral nasal sinuses common pathological changes have different images , performance and characteristics of the CT scan can help diagnosis and differential diagnosis .
