Based on the status and trends of the IOT industry collaborative innovation,on the basis of innovation and inno-vative elements of the body,the paper builds a collaborative innovation model of networking industry and explores its opera-tion mechanism.In the IOT industry collaborative innovation,the government is the first impetus;the synergy between en-terprises,universities and research institutions is the key to success;customer need is the direction of collaborative innova-tion;intermediaries provide a strong support to collaborative innovation.
