以企业文化评价为基点,通过对民营矿业企业文化评价体系的构建分析其文化特点,结合蒙自某矿业有限公司的具体发展状况,采用多层次多算子二型模糊数学模型,使用加权平均型模糊分析计算。通过研究,验证了该体系对于检验民营矿业企业文化的有效性;同时,提出加强企业安全意识,注重文化监控;增强基础文化培训,弥补文化距离;转变思维方式,培育多种激励手段;加强文化管理,进一步增加管理透明度等对策措施。

Based on the evaluation of enterprise culture,this paper analyzes its cultural characteristics through the cultural evaluation system building of the non -state -owned enterprises using the developmental situations of a Mengzi Mining Ltd Co,as a study case,a two fuzzy mathematical model of multi -level operator, and a weighted average fuzzy to analysis and calculation.The research verified the system to test the effective-ness of private mining enterprise culture.Meanwhile,it put forward the following improving countermeasures for the building of the enterprise culture:strengthening enterprise safety consciousness and paying greater attention to monitoring the culture;strengthening the basic cultural training to make up for the cultural distance;transfor-ming the thinking mode and cultivating a variety of incentives;enhancing the cultural management to make it more transparent.
