生态翻译学是从生态视角对翻译进行综观的整体性研究。它肇始于中国，发轫于2001年。生态翻译学填补了译学“生态维度”的系统研究空缺，促进了中国翻译理论的发展。本文分两个阶段回顾了2001年以来中国生态翻译学的研究状况，就其发展历程、研究队伍、研究方法和研究内容进行纵向总结研究；就存在的问题或缺陷进行了剖析；对生态翻译学的未来研究提出了一些建设性意见，指出未来生态翻译学研究要加强理论研究的系统性、拓展应用研究的深度、完善研究方法和壮大研究队伍，培养领军人物；期望能够对当前和未来的生态翻译学研究提供参考。

Eco -translatology,originated in China in the year of 2001,refers to an approach to translation studies from an ecological perspective,which fills the vacancy of systematic research on translation from the per-spective of "ecological dimension"and promotes the development of Chinese translation theory.This article pro-vides a general survey of eco -translatology in China since 2001.It presents a longitudinal summary study on the development,research team,research methodology and research contents of eco -translatology.This paper points out the some limitations in these aspects and suggests that systematic research in theory should be rein-forced,the depth of applied research should be expanded,research methodology should be improved,research team should be strengthened and more leading experts in this field should be cultivated,hoping to offer some help to the current and future study on eco -translatology.
