目的::探讨中药合剂对种植体周围骨整合的作用机理;方法:健康雄性6m龄新西兰大白兔24只,随机分为对照组(12只)和实验组(12只)。实验组饲料中加入补肾中药合剂,对照组常规饲料。分别喂养3 d后在其胫骨顶端植入纯钛种植体3颗。于种植后30、60、90 d处死相同例数动物( n=6)。免疫组织化学技术检测OPG、PGL、COX ̄2的表达变化;结果:30 d时实验组OPG、OPGL、COX ̄2均中度阳性表达,明显高于对照组(弱阳性),两组间有统计学意义(P<0.05);60d时实验组OPG、OPGL表达(强度阳性)明显高于对照组(中强阳性),两组间有统计学意义( P<0.05),而两组COX ̄2均弱阳性表达,两组间没有统计学意义(P>0.05);90d两组OPG、OPGL、COX ̄2均弱阳性表达,两组间没有统计学意义(P>0.05);结论:OPG、OPGL和COX ̄2参与了种植后的骨组织修复过程,而中药合剂能进一步提高种植术后OPG、OPGL和COX ̄2的表达水平,提示补肾中药合剂可能促进种植体的周围骨整合。
目的::探討中藥閤劑對種植體週圍骨整閤的作用機理;方法:健康雄性6m齡新西蘭大白兔24隻,隨機分為對照組(12隻)和實驗組(12隻)。實驗組飼料中加入補腎中藥閤劑,對照組常規飼料。分彆餵養3 d後在其脛骨頂耑植入純鈦種植體3顆。于種植後30、60、90 d處死相同例數動物( n=6)。免疫組織化學技術檢測OPG、PGL、COX ̄2的錶達變化;結果:30 d時實驗組OPG、OPGL、COX ̄2均中度暘性錶達,明顯高于對照組(弱暘性),兩組間有統計學意義(P<0.05);60d時實驗組OPG、OPGL錶達(彊度暘性)明顯高于對照組(中彊暘性),兩組間有統計學意義( P<0.05),而兩組COX ̄2均弱暘性錶達,兩組間沒有統計學意義(P>0.05);90d兩組OPG、OPGL、COX ̄2均弱暘性錶達,兩組間沒有統計學意義(P>0.05);結論:OPG、OPGL和COX ̄2參與瞭種植後的骨組織脩複過程,而中藥閤劑能進一步提高種植術後OPG、OPGL和COX ̄2的錶達水平,提示補腎中藥閤劑可能促進種植體的週圍骨整閤。
목적::탐토중약합제대충식체주위골정합적작용궤리;방법:건강웅성6m령신서란대백토24지,수궤분위대조조(12지)화실험조(12지)。실험조사료중가입보신중약합제,대조조상규사료。분별위양3 d후재기경골정단식입순태충식체3과。우충식후30、60、90 d처사상동례수동물( n=6)。면역조직화학기술검측OPG、PGL、COX ̄2적표체변화;결과:30 d시실험조OPG、OPGL、COX ̄2균중도양성표체,명현고우대조조(약양성),량조간유통계학의의(P<0.05);60d시실험조OPG、OPGL표체(강도양성)명현고우대조조(중강양성),량조간유통계학의의( P<0.05),이량조COX ̄2균약양성표체,량조간몰유통계학의의(P>0.05);90d량조OPG、OPGL、COX ̄2균약양성표체,량조간몰유통계학의의(P>0.05);결론:OPG、OPGL화COX ̄2삼여료충식후적골조직수복과정,이중약합제능진일보제고충식술후OPG、OPGL화COX ̄2적표체수평,제시보신중약합제가능촉진충식체적주위골정합。
Objective:To investigate the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ) mixture on osseointegration around implant. Methods: Twenty ̄four healthy male New Zealand rabbits ( 6 months of age ) were randomly divided into the control group (n=12) and the experimental group (n=12). The fodder in the experimental group was added with kidney ̄tonifying TCM, and the control group was fed with conventional fodder. All animals were implanted with 3 pure titanium implants respectively at the top of the shin bone after 3 days of feeding. Then, the same number of cases( n=6) were executed at 30 d, 60 d and 90 d after implantation. And the change in expression of OPG, OPGL and COX ̄2 were determined by immunohistochemical technique. Results:The expression of OPG, OPGL and COX ̄2 in the experimental group were moderately positive at 30 d, which were higher than those in the control group ( weakly positive) with statistical significance ( P<0.05) . The expression of OPG and OPGL in the experimental group ( strongly positive) were significantly higher than those in the control group (moderately strong positive) at 60 d with statistical significance (P<0.05). However, the expression of COX ̄2 in both groups were positive with no statistical significance ( P>0.05) . All the expression of OPG, OPGL and COX ̄2 in both groups were weakly positive at 90 d with no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion:OPG, OPGL and COX ̄2 involve in the repair process of bone tissues after implantation, and TCM mixture can further improve the expression levels of OPG, OPGL and COX ̄2 after implantation, suggesting kidney ̄tonifying TCM may promote the osseointegration around the implant.
