目的::探讨胸部立位X线摄影防护装置的防护效果。方法:设计与探测板联动的防护装置用于防护颈部和腹部,通过比较防护装置使用前后的胸部正侧位摄影条件和剂量仪数据,评价该防护装置的防护效果。结果:实验组(使用防护装置,50例)正侧位摄影均值(1.6270±0.3098)mAs,(3.6298±1.4268) mAs;对照组(未使用防护装置,50例)正侧位摄影均值为(1.6580±0.3742)mAs,(3.6800±1.2521)mAs。实验组正侧位探测剂量均值为(376.1514±96.5325)nGy,(735.8842±272.8077)nGy;对照组正侧位探测剂量均值为(506.9260±180.5912)nGy,(1178.9160±535.2549)nGy。两组正侧位摄影条件差异无统计学意义( P>0.05),剂量差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:胸部立位X线摄影防护装置的使用可有效减低防护部位的辐射剂量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of the protective device of orthostatic chest X ̄ray radiography.Methods:The board ̄linked protective device on neck and abdomen was designed and determined.The protective effect of the device was evaluated by comparing the radiographic condition and dosimeter data of the anterior and lateral positions in chest before and after use. Results: The mean mAs values of radiography in the anterior and lateral positions of the chest in the experimental group ( with protective device) and control group (without protective device) were(1.627 0±0.309 8)and(3.629 8±1.426 8)vs(1.658 0±0.374 2) and (3.680 0± 1. 252 1 ) , respectively. The mean value of the detection dose on the anterior and lateral positions in the experimental group and control group were (376.151 4±96.532 5) and (735.8842±272.8077) vs (506.926 0± 180.591 2 )vs (1 178.9160±535.254 9), respectively.There was no statistically significant difference in the radiographic condition between the experimental group and control group ( P>0. 05 ) . However, statistically significant differences were found in the dose between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using the protective device of orthostatic chest X ̄ray radiography can effectively reduce the radiation dose in the protected positions.
