天然多糖海藻酸钠制备的水凝胶具有优越的生物相容性和生物组织相似性,作为生物医用材料在药物控制释放、组织工程支架、抗菌材料及创伤敷料等领域发挥着越来越大的作用。本文在介绍海藻酸钠物化性质的基础上,重点综述了非共价键交联(静电作用、氢键、范德华力、亲疏水作用等)海藻酸钠水凝胶的制备方法以及性能表征方法,最后讨论了制备方法及性能表征研究中的一些需要解决的问题。
天然多糖海藻痠鈉製備的水凝膠具有優越的生物相容性和生物組織相似性,作為生物醫用材料在藥物控製釋放、組織工程支架、抗菌材料及創傷敷料等領域髮揮著越來越大的作用。本文在介紹海藻痠鈉物化性質的基礎上,重點綜述瞭非共價鍵交聯(靜電作用、氫鍵、範德華力、親疏水作用等)海藻痠鈉水凝膠的製備方法以及性能錶徵方法,最後討論瞭製備方法及性能錶徵研究中的一些需要解決的問題。

Sodium alginate hydrogel has been widely used as biomedical materials in drug delivery system, tissue engineering scaffolds, antibacterial material and wound dressing, due to their superior biocompatibility and resemblance to biological tissues. Based on the brief introduction of physicochemical properties of sodium alginate, the progress in preparation methods of sodium alginate hydrogel crosslinked by non-covalent bonds is summarized including electrostatic interaction, hydrogen bonds, van der Waals forces and hydrophobic effects, etc. Meantime, the characterization methods of properties of sodium alginate hydrogel are also concerned. Finally, some problems related to the development of preparation and characterization methods are discussed.
