目的：通过对浙江省三级医院的效率进行评价分析，了解影响其效率的因素。方法：抽样调查浙江省82家三级医院2010－2012年卫生资源及医疗服务量等数据，利用数据包络分析法（DEA ）计算三级医院的整体效率、技术效率、规模效率以及Malmquist指数，运用SPSS16．0统计软件对效率值进行描述性统计分析。结果：浙江省三级医院的医疗服务工作量增长较快，相应地医院的投入也在增长，医院之间的效率存在差异。结论：2010－2012年间，浙江省三级医院处于发展转型期。
목적：통과대절강성삼급의원적효솔진행평개분석，료해영향기효솔적인소。방법：추양조사절강성82가삼급의원2010－2012년위생자원급의료복무량등수거，이용수거포락분석법（DEA ）계산삼급의원적정체효솔、기술효솔、규모효솔이급Malmquist지수，운용SPSS16．0통계연건대효솔치진행묘술성통계분석。결과：절강성삼급의원적의료복무공작량증장교쾌，상응지의원적투입야재증장，의원지간적효솔존재차이。결론：2010－2012년간，절강성삼급의원처우발전전형기。
Objective] To understand the factors influencing efficiency of Level-three hospitals in Zhejiang by evaluation and analysis on their efficiency .[Method] The sampling survey on the data of health resources volume and medical service volume of 82 Level-three hospitals during 2010 to 2012 was carried out .Overall efficiency ,technical efficiency ,scale efficiency and Malmquist index of Level-three hospitals Data envelopment analysis (DEA) were calculated .Descriptive statistical analysis on the efficiency value was done with SPSS16 .0 .[Result] The medical service workload of Level-three hospitals grew rapidly in Zhejiang .Accordingly the investment of hospitals was also increasing .There was difference on efficiency of hospitals . [Con-clusion] The Level-three hospitals in Zhejiang were in the transition of development during 2010 to 2012 .
