目的：探讨雌激素联合甲硝唑治疗萎缩性阴道炎的安全性。方法选取我院收治68例萎缩性阴道炎患者作为研究对象，将全部患者随机平分为对照组与治疗组各34例，对照组单纯给予甲硝唑治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上联合雌激素进行治疗，三个月后对比两组治疗效果以及不良反应发生事件。结果对照组总有效率为76.5%，治疗组总有效率为100%，可见组间数据差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。此外，治疗组仅有1例出现轻微下腹胀痛，不影响治疗，可见雌激素联合甲硝唑治疗萎缩性阴道炎是安全有效的。结论雌激素联合甲硝唑治疗萎缩性阴道炎具有良好的临床疗效，且不良反应较少，用药安全，因此此方法是治疗萎缩性阴道炎的首选方式。
목적：탐토자격소연합갑초서치료위축성음도염적안전성。방법선취아원수치68례위축성음도염환자작위연구대상，장전부환자수궤평분위대조조여치료조각34례，대조조단순급여갑초서치료，치료조재대조조적기출상연합자격소진행치료，삼개월후대비량조치료효과이급불량반응발생사건。결과대조조총유효솔위76.5%，치료조총유효솔위100%，가견조간수거차이현저，구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。차외，치료조부유1례출현경미하복창통，불영향치료，가견자격소연합갑초서치료위축성음도염시안전유효적。결론자격소연합갑초서치료위축성음도염구유량호적림상료효，차불량반응교소，용약안전，인차차방법시치료위축성음도염적수선방식。
Objective Discussion of estrogen combined with metronidazole treatment of atrophic vaginitis security.Methods Select our hospital 68 cases of atrophic vaginitis patients as research subjects, all patients were randomly divided into a control group and the treatment group, 34 patients,The control group were given metronidazole treatment group combined with estrogen therapy on the basis of the control group, three months after the event compared two groups of treatment effects and adverse reactions.Results The control group, the total effective rate was 76.5%, total effective rate was 100%, the data shows signiifcant differences between the groups, with statistical signiifcance (P<0.05).In addition, the treatment group only one case of mild abdominal pain, does not affect the treatment, showing that estrogen combined with metronidazole treatment of atrophic vaginitis is safe and effective.Conclusion Estrogen combined with metronidazole treatment of atrophic vaginitis with good clinical efficacy and fewer adverse reactions, drug safety, so this method is the preferred way to treat atrophic vaginitis.
