目的：探讨睾丸损伤的诊断及治疗。方法对睾丸损伤20例临床诊断及手术治疗资料进行分析。结果所有患者经治疗性功能及生理功能均正常。结论观察证实，早期手术探查，不仅能清除血肿，防止感染，而且通过睾丸修补，降低睾丸切除率，从而减轻患者的心理负担和由自身免疫反应所致不育症。
목적：탐토고환손상적진단급치료。방법대고환손상20례림상진단급수술치료자료진행분석。결과소유환자경치료성공능급생리공능균정상。결론관찰증실，조기수술탐사，불부능청제혈종，방지감염，이차통과고환수보，강저고환절제솔，종이감경환자적심리부담화유자신면역반응소치불육증。
ObjectiveTo investigate the diagnosis and treatment of testicular injury.Methods The clinical diagnosis of 20 cases of testicular trauma and surgical treatment were analyzed. ResultsAll patients were treated sexual function and physiological functions were normal. Conclusion The observation conifrmed, early surgical exploration, not only to remove the hematoma and prevent infection, but also through the testicle repair orchiectomy greatly reduced rate, thereby reducing the burden on the patient's psychological and infertility caused by an autoimmune reaction.
