为促进新疆农机化与农业经济的发展提供政策参考,利用1978—2012年新疆农业统计资料,采用灰色关联分析和层次分析,定量分析农业劳动力、化肥使用量、农业机械、农作物播种面积等因素与农业经济总产值的相关性,重点讨论农机化与新疆农业经济发展的关联性。结论:虽然农机化对新疆农业经济发展的影响在不同阶段存在波动,但从长期来看,农机化是其农业经济增长的重要促进因素。建议完善农机补贴政策、加强农机人才培养和引进、提升农机研发与装备水平,促进新疆农机化的综合发展。

The correlations between total agricultural economic output value and agricultural labor force, application amount of chemical fertilizer, agricultural machinery, crops′ sowing area were quantitatively analyzed by using grey correlation analysis and analytical hierarchy process based on agricultural statistics during 1978-2012 in Xinjiang and the correlation between agricultural mechanization and agricultural economic development was emphatically discussed to provide a reference for promoting development of agricultural mechanization and agricultural economy in Xinjiang.The results showed that agricultural mechanization has the different effects on agricultural economic development during different stages but in the long term,agricultural mechanization is the important promotion factor for agricultural economic growth.Agricultural mechanization development should be comprehensively promoted from three aspects of perfecting subsidy policy to purchasing agricultural machines,reinforcing training and introduction of agricultural machinery talents and improving research and equipment level of agricultural machinery in Xinjiang.
