鉴于一起220 kV变压器油气在线监测装置的报警故障,对变压器油的色谱数据进行了分析,对2号主变压器进行吊罩检查,结果表明:故障因变压器梯级绝缘垫块结构设计存在缺陷,在运行中逐步造成垫块松动、脱落所致,并提出了处理措施。
鑒于一起220 kV變壓器油氣在線鑑測裝置的報警故障,對變壓器油的色譜數據進行瞭分析,對2號主變壓器進行弔罩檢查,結果錶明:故障因變壓器梯級絕緣墊塊結構設計存在缺陷,在運行中逐步造成墊塊鬆動、脫落所緻,併提齣瞭處理措施。

A fault alarm is observed in the online monitoring device for the oil and gas in a 220 kV transformer .In this paper, the chromatography data of the transformer oil is analyzed .An inspection is also carried out on the transformer with the casing removed .It shows that the fault is caused by the loosing and falling of the cascade insulation pad in the transformer due to its defective design .Correspondingly , treatment measures are proposed .
