目的:探讨以问题为导向的教学法(PBL )在整形外科皮瓣理论教学中的应用效果。方法:针对整形外科皮瓣应用的特点设计教学内容。对照组采用以授课为基础的教学法(LBL ),观察组采用PBL教学法进行教学,对2组的教学结果进行考核并反馈。结果:观察组学生理论考核成绩(70.74±8.71)优于对照组(65.60±9.69 ),差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。问卷调查显示PBL教学法可以提高学生学习的主动性及自主解决问题的能力。结论:PBL教学法是一种灵活而高效的教学模式,值得在整形外科教学中应用。

Objective] To evaluate the effectiveness of problem based learning (PBL) in Skin Flap Theory Teaching of Plastic Surgery .[Method] Students were divided into control group and experimental group randomly .The teaching content according to the features of skin flap in plastic surgery was designed .Teaching mode was applied in control group with 1ecture-based learning(LBL)and experimental group with problem based learning (PBL) .Teaching result was evaluated and fed back .[Re-sult] The score of control and experimental group were 65 .60 ± 9 .69 and 70 .74 ± 8 .71 ,respectively .The theory results of the two groups have statistical significance .According to a questionnaire ,students who participated in PBL were more active in the learning process .The PBL pattern could enhance their abilities of solving problems .[Conclusion] The PBL pattern is an active and high-performance teaching pattern .It can be advocated and used in the teaching of Plastic Surgery .
