目的：探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者不同同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)水平与病情严重程度的关系。方法将208例 ACS患者采用 ELISA 法分别测定其外周血 Hcy和 MAPK水平,根据其值分为非高同型半胱氨酸(A组,106例)及高同型半胱氨酸(B组,102例)；冠状动脉病变支数根据冠状动脉造影结果评定。发病1个月后应用心脏超声测定心脏射血分数(LVEF)。结果 A组单支血管病变比例显著高于B组(P<0.01),B组双支血管病变及三支血管病变比例显著高于 A组(P<0.01)。B组 MAPK浓度较 A组明显升高(P<0.05),LVEF较 A组明显降低(P<0.01)。结论同型半胱氨酸可作为 ACS患者病情严重程度的预测指标。而 MAPK可作为 ACS患者在应用同型半胱氨酸评价预后的补充。
목적：탐토급성관맥종합정(ACS)환자불동동형반광안산(Hcy)화사렬원활화단백격매(MAPK)수평여병정엄중정도적관계。방법장208례 ACS환자채용 ELISA 법분별측정기외주혈 Hcy화 MAPK수평,근거기치분위비고동형반광안산(A조,106례)급고동형반광안산(B조,102례)；관상동맥병변지수근거관상동맥조영결과평정。발병1개월후응용심장초성측정심장사혈분수(LVEF)。결과 A조단지혈관병변비례현저고우B조(P<0.01),B조쌍지혈관병변급삼지혈관병변비례현저고우 A조(P<0.01)。B조 MAPK농도교 A조명현승고(P<0.05),LVEF교 A조명현강저(P<0.01)。결론동형반광안산가작위 ACS환자병정엄중정도적예측지표。이 MAPK가작위 ACS환자재응용동형반광안산평개예후적보충。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of homocysteine(Hcy)and mitogen activated protein kinases (MAPK)and severity of disease in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods Two hundreds and eight patients with ACS were measured with levels of MAPK and Hcy by ELISA.The patients were divided into two groups:Group A [non homocys-teine (NHhcy)group,n= 106]and group B [homocysteine(Hhcy)group,n= 102].The coronary lesion count was assessed accord-ing to CAG.One month after the onset,cardiac ultrasound measurement applications was used to evaluate heart ejection fraction (LVEF).Results The proportion of single vessel lesion in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.01).The proportion of double and three vessel lesion in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.01).The concentration of MAPK in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).The LVEF in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Hcy can be as a predictor of disease severity in patients with ACS.MAPK can be as a supplement of prognosis evaluation in ACS patients by the appli-cation of Hcy.
