目的:探讨PDCA循环对社区精神分裂症患者随访管理的效果。方法:将精神分裂症缓解期患者随机分为2组,在常规出院健康教育的基础上,干预组应用PDCA循环实施随访管理,分别在出院时和出院后6个月,用社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS )和生存质量量表(GQOL )进行评估。结果:应用PDCA循环实施随访管理后的精神分裂症患者SDSS分值和GQOL总分及躯体、心理、社会、物质功能维度分值存在差异,均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:应用PDCA循环实施随访管理显著提高精神分裂症患者对疾病的认知水平和生活质量,是一种有效的康复护理模式。

목적:탐토PDCA순배대사구정신분렬증환자수방관리적효과。방법:장정신분렬증완해기환자수궤분위2조,재상규출원건강교육적기출상,간예조응용PDCA순배실시수방관리,분별재출원시화출원후6개월,용사회공능결함사선량표(SDSS )화생존질량량표(GQOL )진행평고。결과:응용PDCA순배실시수방관리후적정신분렬증환자SDSS분치화GQOL총분급구체、심리、사회、물질공능유도분치존재차이,균유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론:응용PDCA순배실시수방관리현저제고정신분렬증환자대질병적인지수평화생활질량,시일충유효적강복호리모식。
Objective] To investigate the effect of Plan-Do-Check-Action(PDCA)-cycle applied in follow-up manage-ment for schizophrenia patients .[Method] The schizophrenia patients were divided into two groups .The control group received routine health education;in addition to routine education ,the intervention group also received follow-up management of PD-CA-cycle;all the volunteers were assessed with Social Dysfunction Screening Scale(SDSS) and General Quality of Life Scale (GQOL) when leave hospital and after 6 months follow-up management .[Result] SDSS score ,GQOL score in each period , somatic ,psychological ,social and material function dimension scores have significant differences (P<0 .05 ) after implementa-tion of follow-up management of PDCA-cycle in schizophrenia patients .[Conclusion] PDCA-cycle applied in follow-up management can improve the cognition level of disease and quality of life significantly .It’s an effective model of nursing .
