针对地方高校师范类专业学生实习所面临的组织管理模式单一、实习交流缺乏、实习评价不科学等问题,构建基于信息化的“二阶段、四方式”实习模式,并对该模式进行实际应用和研究,最终形成能对同类院校实习组织和管理提供借鉴的实习模式,以此提高师范生的实习质量。

As to the problems faced by the local college normal major students in the process of practice, such as single model of organization management, lacking of communication, unscientific evaluation, the model of "two stages and four patterns" is built on the basis of informatization, practice is done with such model, eventually, a practice model was formed, which can provide reference for the similar colleges practice organization and management, and promote the practice quality.
