目的：研究分析肛门直肠周围脓肿使用一次性根治术的临床效果。方法选择78例肛门直肠周围脓肿患者进行随机分组，A、B、C三组分别有15、23、40例患者，对A组患者使用切开引流治疗，B组患者使用切开引流挂线治疗，C组患者使用一次性根治治疗，根据患者的术后表现和并发症情况来进行探讨分析。结果 C组患者术后出现肛瘘的几率要比A组和B组患者低，差异性存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论临床中对直肠周围脓肿患者使用一次性根治术治疗效果好，患者出现肛瘘的几率比较低，避免了接受二次手术，因此患者的痛苦比较少，临床治疗时间比较短，对患者的康复具有非常好的效果。
목적：연구분석항문직장주위농종사용일차성근치술적림상효과。방법선택78례항문직장주위농종환자진행수궤분조，A、B、C삼조분별유15、23、40례환자，대A조환자사용절개인류치료，B조환자사용절개인류괘선치료，C조환자사용일차성근치치료，근거환자적술후표현화병발증정황래진행탐토분석。결과 C조환자술후출현항루적궤솔요비A조화B조환자저，차이성존재통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론림상중대직장주위농종환자사용일차성근치술치료효과호，환자출현항루적궤솔비교저，피면료접수이차수술，인차환자적통고비교소，림상치료시간비교단，대환자적강복구유비상호적효과。
Objective To study the analysis of anorectal abscess disposable use clinical effect of radical operation.Methods 78 cases of anorectal abscess patients were randomly chosen packeted, A, B, C three groups were 15, 23, 40 cases of patients in the A group, the use of incision and drainage treatment, group B patients using incision and drainage Seton therapy, patients in group C the use of disposable radical treatment, according to the patient's postoperative performance and complications to carry on the discussion analysis.Results Patients in group C after anal ifstula chance than group A and group B with a low, there are statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with perirectal abscess disposable radical operation of good therapeutic effect in clinical patients with anal fistula, appears relatively low probability, avoided taking two operations, therefore, less pain of patients, treatment time is short, and has very good effect on the rehabilitation of patients.
