目的：对带锁髓内钉内固定术治疗浮膝骨折患者的临床效果进行探讨分析。方法选取2011年8月～2014年8月我院收治的60例浮膝骨折患者作为研究对象，所有患者均应用带锁髓内钉内固定术进行治疗，治疗后，观察治疗效果。结果51例患者成功治愈，9例患者伴有其他合并症；35例优，18例良，4例可，3例差，总治疗优良率为88.3%。结论治疗浮膝骨折患者应用带锁髓内钉内固定术，能够明显提高治疗优良率，促进患者快速愈合。

목적：대대쇄수내정내고정술치료부슬골절환자적림상효과진행탐토분석。방법선취2011년8월～2014년8월아원수치적60례부슬골절환자작위연구대상，소유환자균응용대쇄수내정내고정술진행치료，치료후，관찰치료효과。결과51례환자성공치유，9례환자반유기타합병증；35례우，18례량，4례가，3례차，총치료우량솔위88.3%。결론치료부슬골절환자응용대쇄수내정내고정술，능구명현제고치료우량솔，촉진환자쾌속유합。
ObjectiveTo explore the analysis of interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation for the treatment of floating knee fracture patients clinical effect.Methods 60 cases of floating knee methods from 2011 August~2014 year August in our hospital patients with fracture as the object of study, all patients were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail fixation for treatment, after treatment, to observe the curative effect of.Results51 cases were successfully cured, 9 patients with other complications; 35 cases were excellent, 18 cases good, 4 cases, 3 cases of differential treatment, the total excellent and good rate was 88.3%. Conclusion The treatment of floating knee fracture were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail internal ifxation, can signiifcantly improve the treatment of patients with excellent and good rate, promote rapid healing, and can be widely applied in the clinic.
