目的：观察后巩膜加固术对病理性近视的疗效。方法对26例（46只眼）病理性近视患者施行后巩膜加固术，对其术前术后视力、屈光度、眼轴长度及并发症进行对比观察，总结治疗经验。结果随访1年发现术眼的视力、屈光度、眼轴长度与术前比较的差异无统计学意义。无一例严重并发症发生。结论后巩膜加固术可以有效对抗病理性近视眼眼轴的持续性增长，延缓甚至阻止屈光度的加深，是一个安全和有效的术式。
목적：관찰후공막가고술대병이성근시적료효。방법대26례（46지안）병이성근시환자시행후공막가고술，대기술전술후시력、굴광도、안축장도급병발증진행대비관찰，총결치료경험。결과수방1년발현술안적시력、굴광도、안축장도여술전비교적차이무통계학의의。무일례엄중병발증발생。결론후공막가고술가이유효대항병이성근시안안축적지속성증장，연완심지조지굴광도적가심，시일개안전화유효적술식。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of posterior scleral reinforcement operation ( PSRO) in the treatment of pathological myopia.Methods Twenty-six cases ( 46 eyes ) of pathological myopia were treated with PSRO.The preoperative and postoperative visual acuity, refraction, axial length and ocular complications were compared to observe and summarize the treatment effects.Results Patients were followed up for 1 year.Visual acuity, refraction, and ocular axial length remained stable.No serious complications were reported.Conclusion PSRO can be an effective treat-ment for sustained growth of pathological myopia global axis, slow or even stop deepening of diopter.It is a safe and effec-tive operation.
